At CA Knotty Creations, we’re proud to offer quality craftsmanship with straightforward and reliable shipping. Below is our official shipping policy for all domestic orders.

📦 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping via USPS Priority Mail on the following items:

• Keychains

• Cutting boards

• Smaller engraved signs

These items will ship via USPS Priority at no cost to the customer.

🚀 Expedited or Alternate Shipping

If you would like your order shipped faster or through an alternative carrier, we can accommodate:

• USPS Express, UPS, or FedEx options are available upon request.

• Any additional costs for expedited or non-standard shipping methods will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice.

📤 Processing & Shipping Times

• Stock items and eligible smaller engraved items will ship within 1–3 business days.

• Made-to-order items will be scheduled and shipped based on the complexity and scope of the project. You will be provided with an estimated production and ship date at the time of order.
